If you’re looking for more than your school offers, you can host your own specialty classes for your child. Our team can deliver a program tailored for your family: find a tutor, create an after-school program, or build a neighborhood learning pod.
We can help you whether you want to help your kids catch up, get a leg up, or keep them connected to your culture by learning your native language. We offer flexible learning options for individual and small groups outside of traditional school environments.
Need to supplement your homeschool experience with an online course? Need tutoring for a specific subject? We have online learning options that can be a supplement to your educational plan.
Love your school, but wish they’d offer a language? Want more art or music at your child’s school? We can bring a RISE Education specialty program to your school. It can be parent-paid or school-paid. Tell us about your school, and what you’re looking for, and our team can explore the opportunity.
If you’re looking for a specialty teacher or interested in a specialty program for your school, let’s start the conversation!
To truly learn a language, students need to spend time listening, speaking, reading, and writing. They also absorb lessons about the culture behind that language. Our program can accommodate different levels of language learners as they progress through the stages of the National Foreign Language Curriculum – in an immersive, fun, and engaging way.
Our language programs are dedicated to providing an interactive environment for students to develop positive attitudes and excitement toward learning a specific language. By listening, speaking, reading and writing, students are able to broaden their awareness, acceptance and understanding of the target language’s culture.
Additionally, elements of the specific language’s history and culture are integrated into the curriculum in order to provide a meaningful language and cultural experience. Through studying languages, students will not only learn more about their own language but will also gain a better understanding of the world around them.
Our hands-on art classes use a wide range of media and techniques, incorporating age-appropriate projects that stimulate perception, eye-hand coordination, and language from preschool through 8th grade.
Our students interact with a variety of instruments to build their understanding of harmony, dynamics, and rhythm. Each class also helps students develop listening skills, self-discipline, self-confidence, focus and musical ability.
In addition to introducing kids to stimulating physical activities, our PE program teaches social interaction, cooperation, and sportsmanship. We also offer yoga for kids of all ages, with a program that incorporates social-emotional learning strategies to help build mind-body health, as well as self-awareness and self-regulation skills.
Technology is critical to prepare kids for success in high school, college, and their chosen careers. We teach them how to use technology for their benefit, conduct research, and identify trustworthy information sources, as well as digital citizenship.
Our Vision: Expand the accessibility of culturally rich specialty programs that encourage children to embrace unique perspectives, enrich their lives, and strengthen their communities.
